Today at Renaissance Academie we did some really fun hair color for our student Amy. She wanted a silvery purple blonde.
 Here is her before picture.

This color is ideal for someone who already has blonde hair and wants to kick it up a notch by changing the tone from a white blonde to an icy purple one.  Haircut done by Julie Beus. Hair color done by McCall Comstalk. Make Up by Anna Petrich.

Thanks to Katya's brilliant idea we have formed a friendship with GenX and now in 4 simple steps you can have as many Renaissance T-shirts as you desire :)

Step 1:  Go to GenX and pick out any black T-shirt style of your choice (T-shirts begin at $4.00)

Step 2:  Select the Renaissance graphic and graphic color you'd like for your shirt (Printing $7.00) 

Step 3:  Pay GenX

Step 4:  Put on your newly acquired swag and SHOW IT OFF :) 

**When having your shirts printed make certain to ask for Onis he is the T-shirt printing master at GenX.  Onis usually works Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10-8.

Parades

Hello students. Its that time of year again for Renaissance students to display to the surrounding communities the pride we have in our school by participating in the local parades! Its also a great way to gain some extra hours, put extra activities on your resume, and even better, you get to work with Vern. :)  Here is what we are looking for:

1. A Parade Team- this is a select group of students that will be involved in parade preparations such as numbering and tracking flyers, creating the painted cardboard visuals, candy, music, banners, dress code, roll taking, ect. 

2. Parade Participants- this would involve meeting onsite at the starting point and walking the entire parade route, handing out flyers and/or carrying banners. The following dates/times are the only parades we will be in. Once you have signed up, you have committed to attending and should plan on being present the entire time of the parade.
